The starting point
EHG is designed to be a useful starting point. If EHG provides the right service, we will explain how it may help. If another professional is better placed, we will help clarify the appropriate next step.
Three relationships, clearly labelled
Every listing or introduction will state its relationship to EHG.
- EHG practitioner; works within EHG’s service structure
- Approved external provider; independently operates and has been reviewed for inclusion
- General signposting; a public service or category offered as information, without partnership or endorsement
Areas the network can support
The architecture is ready for physiotherapy, osteopathy, dietetics, sports therapy, counselling, psychology, psychiatry, ADHD and autism assessment, private GP services, women’s and men’s health, fertility, sleep, addiction, occupational health, rehabilitation, clinics, hospitals, charities and community services.
A private network during this phase
EHG has professional contacts across health categories, but individual network members are not being named publicly yet. Qualifications, professional memberships or regulation, scope, insurance and fitness to practise are checked as relevant. Future profiles will state the person’s relationship with EHG clearly.
Urgent and statutory routes
Signposting is not clinical triage or a guarantee of availability. Immediate danger, urgent mental-health needs, safeguarding concerns and statutory services require the appropriate emergency, NHS or local-authority route.
