Useful places to pause, learn and reflect
A growing EHG collection for mental health, physical health, nutrition and performance.
The starting point
Books, reflective tools and Coach Dann field guides offer practical places to pause and learn. New material will be reviewed for accuracy, scope, accessibility and publication date.
The Waiting Room
Coach Dann’s existing Waiting Room is an interactive reflective space organised around ordinary objects: a clock for uncertainty, a plant for attention, a sofa for the present, a mirror for self-talk, a chair for grounding, books for learning, tissues for grief and a door for readiness to talk.
Coach Dann field guides
The animals in the Coach Dann identity represent four areas taught through his work: the lion represents confidence and self-esteem, the bear represents self-care, the bison represents resilience, and the wolf represents teamwork. The guides currently remain on the Coach Dann website.
Editorial standards
Each future resource should identify its author, reviewer where needed, publication and review dates, intended audience, evidence basis and any important limits. Outdated or duplicate material should be revised or retired.
