Urgent and crisis support
Help for an urgent mental-health situation
Everything Health Group is not an emergency or crisis service.
The starting point
If you or someone else is in danger, has seriously harmed themselves, has taken an overdose or cannot stay safe, call 999 or go to A&E now.
Urgent mental-health help
Call NHS 111 and select the mental-health option, or use NHS 111 online where appropriate. You can also ask for an urgent GP appointment. These routes are available for someone seeking help for themselves or for another person.
Someone to talk to
Samaritans can be reached free on 116 123, day or night. People under 19 can call Childline on 0800 1111. These listening services do not replace emergency care when there is immediate danger.
If you can do so safely
Stay with the person or help them reach a safe place, remove immediate means of harm where this can be done safely, and share clear information with emergency services. Do not rely on an EHG email or website form for an urgent response.
