Relationships and communication

Explore patterns of connection, conflict, boundaries, trust and communication without deciding in advance who is to blame.

Everything healthbecause it all matters.

The starting point

Relationship difficulties may involve partners, family, friends, colleagues or teams. Individual and joint work require different agreements, and suitability is considered from the outset.

01

What may be explored

Sessions can examine recurring conversations, assumptions, emotional triggers, non-verbal signals, roles, repair after conflict and the difference between intention and impact.

02

Safety and fairness

Joint sessions are not suitable in every situation. Concerns about abuse, coercion, safeguarding or immediate risk require a different response and may need specialist services.

03

Individual support

Working individually can still help someone understand their part in a pattern, make decisions, communicate boundaries and respond more deliberately.
