Everyday nutrition
Clear, workable support for eating patterns that fit ordinary days.
The starting point
Many people need help translating broad nutrition advice into shopping, cooking and eating routines they can sustain.
What support can cover
General nutrition education, meal structure, individual food plans, “go-to” shopping lists, food variety, hydration and habits around work, family and training may all form part of a practical service.
A neutral starting point
A useful conversation avoids moral labels for food and considers preference, culture, budget, sensory needs and access.
Professional boundaries
EHG will use protected professional titles only where the person is entitled to them. Clinical needs will be referred to a registered dietitian or medical professional.
