Nutrition and exercise

Practical fuelling and recovery support matched to activity, goals and professional scope.

Everything healthbecause it all matters.

The starting point

Eating around exercise may affect energy, recovery and consistency. Needs differ by training load, body, health, sport and schedule.

01

Everyday training

General support may cover meal timing, hydration, fuelling around sessions, food plans, “go-to” shopping lists and recovery habits within a balanced overall pattern.

02

Experience in performance settings

EHG’s nutrition and fitness work has supported elite athletes and regular gym-goers for more than 20 years. Recommendations remain matched to the practitioner’s qualifications and the needs of the individual.

03

Performance contexts

Elite or medically complex athletes may need a registered sports dietitian and coordinated input from their wider performance or medical team.

04

Watch for risk

Low energy availability, rapid weight change, menstrual disturbance, recurrent injury, fainting or disordered eating need appropriate clinical attention.
