Weight-management support

A respectful approach to goals, health, habits and the factors that make weight change complex.

Everything healthbecause it all matters.

The starting point

Weight can be influenced by health conditions, medication, sleep, stress, activity, food environment, life stage and genetics. A responsible service does not promise a particular result or treat weight as a measure of worth.

01

Define the real goal

People may be seeking changes in energy, health markers, comfort, routine, performance or confidence. Clarifying the aim helps identify whether nutrition support, training, therapy or medical input is appropriate.

02

Sustainable behaviour

Support may explore eating patterns, planning, movement, sleep and problem-solving. Restrictive or rapid-change approaches need particular caution.

03

Eating-disorder awareness

Current or suspected eating disorders require specialist assessment and care. EHG’s orientation route can signpost rather than place someone in a general weight programme.
