Individual training plans
A clear programme for home, gym or mixed settings, built around realistic constraints.
The starting point
A plan is most useful when it explains what to do, why it is there, how hard it should feel and what to change when life intervenes.
Plan components
Programmes can be structured around strength, conditioning, mobility, general fitness or a particular performance goal. An EHG team member completes the relevant screening and agrees the review structure before the programme begins.
Progression and feedback
Useful markers may include consistency, technique, perceived effort, training load and goal-specific measures. More is not always better; recovery and tolerability matter.
The right professional
A personal trainer provides exercise coaching. Diagnosis and treatment of injury, disease management and clinical rehabilitation require suitably regulated healthcare professionals.
